Report Fly-tipping in Wardleworth

We’ve seen fly‑tipping in our streets and alleyways and we’re working with Environmental Health and Rochdale Borough Council to stop it. We live and work here too, let’s keep our area safe and clean for everyone. Take pride and take responsibility.

There are simple, legal ways to get rid of waste.

Use the local tip at Chichester Street, OL16 2AU, open daily,free for household waste. The Council also offers free bulky waste

 We also get two free bookings a year for up to three items per collection

If you pay someone to take waste away, make sure they’re a licensed carrier and keep the paperwork; it’s your legal duty of care.

If a situation feels unsafe or involves a crime in progress, call 999. For non‑emergency police matters, use 101.

We will take firm action. On‑the‑spot fines for fly‑tipping can be up to £1,000, and serious cases can lead to court, vehicle seizure and heavier penalties
