Firearms Offences

You may have noticed a significant police presence on the Pollards Hill Estate yesterday afternoon, and we want to update you. Officers from the Pollards Hill Safer Neighbourhood Team attended an address following reports of suspicious activity. During the response, a firearm and ammunition were recovered.

A man was arrested for firearms offences and, after an investigation by Specialist Crime officers, has now been charged and remanded to appear in court today.
