Criminal Behaviour Order imposed |
This Redcar woman has been handed a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) preventing her from begging and being abusive. Emma Richie, 45, was issued with a CBO by the courts after Redcar’s Neighbourhood Policing Team worked with council colleagues to act on concerns from the public.

Where there is a continuous pattern of unacceptable behaviour, we will look to obtain a CBO to prevent crime and antisocial behaviour in our town centres. Anyone with information or concerns about crime or antisocial behaviour can contact Cleveland Police in 101 or visit our website to report non-emergencies. | ||
