Theft from motor vehicle

We are appealing for information after tools were stolen from a BMW estate parked on a driveway on Ash Way, Lea Castle Estate, Kidderminster.

The theft occurred around 4.05am when a male was seen on camera entering the boot of the BMW and taking tools including a Nail Gun, Chop Saw, two Dewalt Combi Drills and loose change from inside the car. The male put the above into a bag and walked off towards Lea Castle Drive. The male is described as wearing a grey hoodie

We are keen to hear from anyone who may have any information relating to the theft of these items or that may have been in the area around the time of the incident and heard or seen anything suspicious, or may have cctv footage of this male.

There are some simple but effective things you can do to help protect your property - where possible remove all valuable items from your vehicle before leaving it unattended.

We are also encouraging the community to call us on 101 if they see anyone acting suspiciously around a vehicle.
