Off Road bikes |

Please be aware that from 07:00 on Wednesday 31st January for 48 Hours there is a dispersal order effective.
This may apply to your area. The reason for this dispersal order is that land owners have recently been persistent victims of criminal damage to both their land and fences/gates. These offences are being caused by drivers of off road bikes and quads. In addition, these drivers are placing pedestrians and dog walkers at risk by committing traffic offences. We understand the inconvenience and distress caused by these inconsiderate drivers and have put in place the dispersal order to be used as a preventative measure. The order stipulates any persons breeching Section 34 of the anti social behavior crime and policing act may be liable for arrest and may have their vehicle seized immediately. We hope that this dispersal order will reduce the likelihood of the local community be harassed, alarmed or distressed.
Please call 101 or 999 if its an emergency quoting incident number 0264_30122025 and Operation Lumberjack if you witness any activity which is related to off road bikes on private land/intentionally causing anti social behavior in your area.
