Appeal for witnesses following robbery – Banbury

Dear resident, 

Were you on Warwick Road in Banbury shortly before 8am this morning? 

We are investigating a robbery reported to us at the Quick Stop convenience store and would like to hear from anyone who saw anything or anyone that may have dash cam footage to assist our enquiries.

We were called at 7.54am to a report that two men had entered the store with a knife and stolen tobacco and cash. No-one was injured. 

Officers attended and remain there at the current time carrying out enquiries. 

We are investigating this incident as a priority today and are urging anyone with any information to come forward and speak to us. 

We have limited descriptions of the offenders at the current time but we will update the public as soon as we are able to.
