2025 ST AUSTELL POLICING ROUND UP | With 2026 here we thought it would be worth sharing what the police in St Austell have dealt with over the past 12 months. From 1st January to 30th December 2025 we did the following;

- Attended 4798 calls for assistance, 1579 of these being emergency calls

- Attended 315 reports of missing people

- Arrested 881 suspects including 421 for domestic abuse related offences, 45 for drug related offences, 34 for weapons offences and 15 for burglary

- Charged or summonsed 243 offenders to court

This is a fraction of what we've done especially when you also factor in our ongoing work in safeguarding, crime prevention, community engagement, managing anti social behaviour and being a visible presence in our communities.

Although it is a thin blue line, police officers and police staff are doing their utmost to keep our communities safe and bring offenders to justice.
