Disqualified Driver off the road |

Good Evening Resident,
yesterday at around 7pm, we stopped a disqualified driver on Nuttall Street in Accrington.
The driver was behind the wheel of a red Toyota Yaris and has been reported for summons to court.
The vehicle has been seized under Section 165 of the Road Traffic Act 1988.
This comes just days after another disqualified driver was stopped by us on Dale Street in Accrington, showing our continued commitment to tackling those who ignore the law and put others at risk.
