Dear Local Residents,

We’ve seen a rise in parcels being stolen from doorsteps on Grand Drive, SW20 and the surrounding area. Please take extra care when expecting deliveries. Here are some tips to help protect your parcels:

Arrange secure delivery - Use a designated safe place or request delivery to a trusted neighbour.

Consider parcel lockers - Many couriers offer collection points or lockers for added security.

Track your deliveries - Keep an eye on delivery times and collect parcels promptly.

Install security measures - A doorbell camera or visible CCTV can act as a deterrent.
