Parcel Thief arrested for Burglary x 2

On 09/01/2026 Ealing Common Safer Neighbourhoods Team came in early at 0500 to arrest a suspected parcel thief. Information had come in from residents of a block of flats just before Christmas, that 12 parcels had been stolen. The team attended and conducted CCTV enquiries, spoke to residents and obtained statements. CCTV technology enabled Officers to identify the suspect. 

Officers attended today and obtained entry to the suspects address. The suspect was present and was arrested on suspicion of two counts of residential Burglary. 

A great result and great input from the community to identify the offender. 

Please continue to be vigilant around parcel deliveries. Where possible ask delivery companies to put parcels in a secure and safe place. Most Thefts occur when parcels are left on doorsteps. If you see anything suspicious please continue to report this to us - 999 if it is happening there and then, 101 / online if it has happened already.
