🚨 Cold Caller Alert – Sandon Crescent,Little Neston 🚨

On Wednesday 6th January at approx. 4 pm, a cold caller attended an address on Sandon Crescent, Little Neston.

They claimed the soffit board had minor damage and agreed a price of £5 to fix, but informed the redisent that they would also have to pay £40 call-out fee. After completing the work, they demanded another £40 call-out fee for a colleague who actually carried out the repair.

The cold callers were using a black transit-sized van with ladders on a roof rack and there were 3 males in total.

✅ Residents: Please check any Ring doorbell or CCTV footage for anything relevant—especially the vehicle registration mark—to assist with enquiries.
