Local ward news - 11/01/26

Afternoon all,

Here's an update on what the team has achieved today for you.

This morning was an early start, with outstanding arrest enquiries on the cards. First knock, no reply, even with quite a rambunctious attitude. The second was no longer living at the address, but we managed to get a message to the suspect to hand themselves in. (It does sometimes work!) But at door number three, boom. Off to custody.

It was then back to our ward having dropped off our client, to deal with a drunk male who thought shouting loudly at 2 in the morning was ok, and another neighbour dispute.

A bag was then handed in, so some checks needed to be made, to see if it was from the proceeds of a sticky fingered individual.

Lastly, a stolen car was found, so we sat on it for a bit while waiting for it's collection or owner.

Not bad days work, now back to the office to top and tail paperwork, before its off for a Sunday roast.
