Anti-social behaviour (ASB) warnings issued |
||
|
On Sunday morning I joined officers from four ward Safer Neighbourhoods Teams, along with two Special Constables and we visited two separate hotspots for anti-social behaviour to try and deter people from committing ASB. In Pascal Street outside the Sunday market at New Covent Garden Market we found four people carrying out illegal street trading. And on the slipway next to St Mary's Church in Battersea we found four men in two parked cars who had been inhaling nitrous oxide. Eight ASB warning notices were issued, and all of the people that we found were stopped from what they were doing and moved on. Special Constables are volunteer police officers who invest their free time back into London, helping the Met provide the best service it can. Special Constables wear the same uniform and have the same powers as regular Police Constables. https://www.careersmetpolice.co.uk/careers/special-constables?in_line=careersmetpolice.co.uk | ||
