A pleasant morning today despite the drizzle and damp:

Drivebys of Moorway Lane to prevent fly-tipping from vehicles

Proactive patrols of parks and greenspaces before and during the school run

A visit to Newmount Methodist Church on Blagreaves Lane for their weekly Warm welcomes for a very much appreciated cup of tea, a dry out and a slice of cake. Thank you to all.

This afternoon has a local area tasking meeting; where the Derby West supervision team, Area Inspector, Derby city Council, Derbyshire fire and rescue, NHS and Housing providers meet to discuss the last fortnights reports, community tensions, short and long term plans for the area and joint working on projects.
