Witness appeal following robbery in Hemel Hempstead

We are appealing for witnesses and information following a robbery in Hemel Hempstead.

The incident occurred at around 2pm on Monday 29 December 2025 on the canal towpath near the B&Q on Two Waters Road. What3Words location tall.axed.venues.

The victim was approached by four unknown males all described as wearing dark clothing and ski type masks who pushed him from his pedal cycle and took his mobile phone.

PC Sarah Scanlon who is investigating said: “I am appealing to anyone who may have witnessed the incident to come forward with any information.
