Survey response: Speed scoping exercise

Residents of Dinas Powys, 

Thank you for responding to our survey. We are working hard to tackle speeding in your area.

Penarth NPT along with assistance from the PYV (Police Youth Volunteers) have conducted a speed scoping exercise at Cardiff Road, Dinas Powys, due to numerous reports of speeding. 
As a result, 12 cars were caught exceeding the speed limit, resulting in the drivers receiving letters at their home address. 

Thank you for your help. It is only by the police and the public working together that we can prevent and detect crime.
