Run and talk event for women

Hello Resident,

Do you ever feel uneasy running alone at night? Maybe you worry about which routes feel safe in the dark, or you sometimes skip a run because you don’t want to go by yourself.

If any of that sounds familiar, you’re warmly invited to our Women’s Run and Talk Event on Friday 30th January 2026 at 18:00 in Victoria Park, Jemmett Road, Ashford.

You’ll run in a supportive group alongside current Kent Police officers, and no one will be left behind. Choose between:

This event is open to all abilities — whether you’re a beginner or a regular runner, you’ll be welcomed.
