Counterfeit cigarettes enforcement visit

This morning officers from the town centre neighbourhood policing team, Oldham's prevention hub and trading standards conducted an enforcement visit at a retailer in Oldham town centre. Approximately 8000 counterfeit cigarettes were found an recovered from a concealed partition. The illegal goods were seized and enforcement action will be taken by trading standards.
