Stolen Vehicle discovered and removed from Victoria Road, Halesowen.

Today working in partnership with Cllr. Hilary Bills, I have seized a possible stolen vehicle, parked on junction of Vicarage Road and Victoria Road, Halesowen. Thank you to the community for bringing matters like this to our attention.
