New PCSO for Charlestown

Hi all,

I'd like to introduce myself. 

My name is Malcolm, I'm the new PCSO responsible for the Charlestown footbeats, moving over from Higher Crumpsall. 

Over the next few weeks I plan to know the area fully, focusing on local hotspots associated with anti-social behaviour.
