Crimes reported over the past seven days. Burglary Dwelling Between 4.00pm and 5.17pm on Sunday 25 January in Watnall Road, Hucknall, a back door was smashed to gain entry to a house and an untidy search was made. Cash and jewellery were reported stolen. At 5.05pm on Sunday 25 January in Seymour Road, Hucknall, a house was approached and the ring door bell camera obscured. It is thought the door handle may have been tried. Between 2.35am and 2.58am on Wednesday 28 January in Derbyshire Lane, Hucknall, the front door to a property within an HMO was kicked in and the property trashed. Paint had been thrown around.. Burglary Other Nothing to Report Theft of motor vehicle Nothing to Report Theft from motor vehicle Between midnight and 7.00am on Friday 23 January in Robey Close, Hucknall, filters were stolen from two ambulances. Theft Between 1.40pm and 2.08pm on Sunday 25 January at Tesco Extra, Ashgate Road, Hucknall a black e-scooter left with the security guard was stolen when he went for his break. Violence Against Person At 5.38pm on Friday 23 January at The Range, Central Walk, Hucknall, eight males, 12/13 years old, all in dark clothing and wearing balaclavas were throwing things around in the store and pushed the manager who almost lost his footing. Criminal Damage Between 8.00am and 11.00am on Wednesday 28 January in St. Mary’s Way, Hucknall, the glass in an external door was smashed. ASB At 4.25pm on Friday 23 January at B&M Retail, Chapel Street, Hucknall, three white and two mixed race young males were antagonising the staff and throwing stock around in the store, most in dark clothing and wearing balaclavas. One of mixed race was wearing a light grey tracksuit and had one foot in a cast. At 6.11pm on Friday 23 January at the Hucknall Leisure Centre, Linby Road, Hucknall, a group of eight youngsters, wearing balaclavas, were banging on the fire exits and climbing on the roof. At 7.19pm on Friday 23 January in High Street, Hucknall, a report of a noisy bike, with no registration plate, being ridden up and down the pedestrianised area. Also a group of up to twenty 15/20 year olds in black hoodies with faces covered roaming the street. At 20.52 on Friday 23 January at the Tesco Store, Ashgate Road, Hucknall, a report of a group of 15/20 youths messing around on the road, jumping in front of vehicles and throwing cones around in the petrol station. The majority were wearing balaclavas with some riding dirt bikes. At 11.13pm on Saturday 24 January at Morrisons Daily, Portland Road, Hucknall, three 13 year old males were throwing things around in the shop, shouting and swearing at the staff. At 6.15pm on Monday 26 January in High Street, Hucknall, a group of youngsters were kicking at the callers door and throwing bottles at his windows. This is an ongoing problem. At 7.55pm on Tuesday 27 January in Albert Street, Hucknall, teenagers kicked a house door with some force. At 8.51pm on Wednesday 28 January in High Street, Hucknall a report of seven 17year olds banging on the callers windows and then going and banging on his next door neighbours door.
