This will be at BLISLAND VILLAGE HALL on 04/02/2026 at 1900hrs . Please take this opportunity to raise any concerns you may have and to find out what we are doing to tackle the issues that matter to you. Everyone is welcome and it would be great to see you there. For more information please contact PC 7357 SKINNER on email 17357@dc.police.uk. | Free faming event - working together to protect Bodmin moor. | If you work in or around Bodmin Moor and have any livestock owners who would be interested in an event we are running, please give them the attached poster and ask them to book their place. The Rural Affairs Team will be holding a Dogs Worrying Livestock eventing for Bodmin Moor Farming Community, including Liskeard, Launceston and Bodmin NPT's.
The event is aimed at Farmers, with the intention of engaging the community with Police, to have meaningful conversations around solutions to Dogs Worrying Livestock and what Farmers and Police can do together to stop these completely preventable incidents.
There is a change of law coming soon, which is not in play just yet, and is likely to be April, and this will bring some positive change, so we will be talking to farmers about what these changes will mean for the community too (we will post more on the changes in law closer to the time, but they are not currently live).
If you know of a farmer who would benefit from this, or someone around Bodmin Moor who has previously been a victim of Livestock attacks, please let them know about this free event. td > | | | When & Where is it? | | Wed 04 Feb 2026 19:00 | Blisland Village Hall, Manor Close Bodmin PL30 4JY ///late.berated.ulterior
