no response to our previous email from 9 weeks ago

Dear Kaan

We wrote to you on 2 December concerning your wish to set up a neighbourhood watch in Emerald Square.

We explained by email that we needed further information before your watch could be approved and we listed the details required.

However, it has been nine weeks with no response.  We have had to assume that circumstances have changed and that you are no longer able to proceed with setting up a watch.  

If in the future things change and weather yourself or one of your neighbours feels able to set up and reregister Emerald Square then please do so and we will resend the the information request via email.

If there is anything we can do to help and support this, again please get in contact.
