Bardon Beat Road Safety Update
Acting on intelligence, officers stopped a vehicle today after suspecting the driver did not hold a valid licence.
Checks confirmed the driver only had a provisional licence and was travelling unsupervised — a clear breach of licence conditions and a risk to everyone on the road.
The vehicle was recovered under Section 165 RTA and the driver reported for the offence.
Unlicensed and improperly supervised drivers put themselves and others in danger. We’ll continue to take proactive action to keep our roads safe.
