Bi-Monthly Report

Dear residents. 

Below is the bi-monthly report for the months of December 2025 and January 2026, the ward had the following crimes/incidents reported:

Burglary Offences: 14

Arson & Criminal Damage: 31

Drug related offences: 6

ASB - Personal: 0

ASB - Nuisance: 13

ASB - Environmental: 0

The most recent Humber talking surveys showed that the areas of most concern for residents were the illegal use of motorcycles / electric bikes / quad bikes in the local area.

This has driven our main priority to try and deal with this issue. We have seized two quad bikes who had been riding illegally in the ward area and dealt with the riders accordingly. Operation Yellowfin (Police Motorcycles) have also been out in our ward area to tackle the problem.

All intelligence received will be treated with confidence and your details never disclosed. When information is received about where it is happened allows the team to tailor our response and be in the right area at the right time. 

We have also targeted shop lifting within the local area and have arrested numerous prolific shop lifters who have been committing offences within our ward area. These shop lifters have been prosecuted and sentenced by the courts.
