Hello all,

An update on crimes reported on the ward:

A theft of a motor vehicle on Albert road. A marker has been put on the car and will flag up if caught on an ANPR camera.

A robbery took place on Little Green. The victim was approached by two males wearing all black and balaclavas and threatened to rob them. The suspects assaulted the victim before robbing them of their headphones and ski goggles, then made off. Officers arrived on scene and conducted and area search however, the suspects were not located.

We are aware of an increase in thefts from vehicles at Richmond Station NCP Car Park. Offenders are targeting unattended vehicles and stealing items inside.

Please help us reduce these incidents by ensuring your vehicle is locked, windows are fully closed, and no valuables are left on display. If possible, take all belongings with you or store them out of sight.
