E - Bike Seizure

There has been an increase in the number of E- Bikes being used in an Anti Social Manner within Farnworth Town Centre. Yesterday officers from the Farnworth and Kearsley Team seized an E - Bike which had clearly been modified.  On closer inspection the bike was capable to reaching a top speed of 50mph.

The young individual who was riding the bike was referred to our ASB pathway. A number of names were also obtained of other young individuals who have also been causing significant Anti Social Behaviour in the Town Centre, with all theses individuals being referred to our ASB pathway.

If you are out and about and you see E - Bikes being used in a Anti Social Manner and you have footage of this, we encourage you to submit the footage so we can identify others acting in such a manner.
