Suspicious male entering property

Residents are reminded to keep all doors locked , even when you are in , following 2 separate reports of an unknown male letting himself into 2 properties via insecure front doors recently in the Station Road area of Little Sutton .

On both occasions the male was confronted by the occupants and he claimed to be looking for a friend or a different numbered house .

The male left as soon as he was challenged but this was a worrying incident for those concerned .

Never let unknown persons into your home .

A genuine caller will not mind being asked for ID or refused entry .
