Great visit to Longford Park Scouts this week!

Good Morning, 

Yesterday, our local Neighbourhood Policing Team stopped by Longford Park Scouts to give a talk on safety, what the police do, and some practical crime‑prevention tips.

It was an especially meaningful visit for PC Owston, who used to attend Longford Scouts himself as a youngster. Now, years later, he’s returned in uniform—sharing guidance, answering questions, and hopefully inspiring the next generation just like he once was.

A big thank you to the Scouts for their enthusiasm and brilliant questions, and to our local officers for taking the time to engage with the community.
