Forest Beat Priority Update Thank you to everyone who continues to share information with us through Neighbourhood Link, at our engagement events, and while speaking to us on patrol. Your feedback helps shape what we focus on to keep our communities safe.
School Parking Patrols The Beat Team have been out conducting parking patrols outside the following schools. Albert Village Primary Donisthorpe Primary Measham St. Charles School Measham C of E School
On these recent patrols, a number of parents and carers have been spoken to regarding unsafe parking on the school zig-zags. On one of our visits, we were joined by a NWLDC Parking Enforcement Officer, who issued several tickets to drivers parked on double yellow lines.
We will be continuing these patrols and working closely with the schools to address any ongoing concerns.
Licencing Checks
Completing licensing compliance checks to support venues in meeting their obligations.
Distributing materials for the Walk Away Campaign, promoting safer nights out and encouraging people to make positive choices to prevent violence.
Drug Dealing Patrols We continue to patrol areas where reports of drug related activity have been received. Your information is vital in helping us target the right locations and keep our communities safe.
