Dear Resident, On Saturday officers conducting arrest attempts were able to find and arrest a male who was wanted for shoplifting offences. The male had been identified through enquiries conducted by one of the PCSOs on out team as being responsible for a theft at large DIY store. The officers attended the males last known home address and found him in the property.
This week has seen officers taking part in other activity such as Project Servator activity and support for football matches.
This week as part of our ASB patrols we have identified a group of youths causing issues on new build housing estates in the area. The group who had been attending and entering part of the site where the public were not permitted were found by PCSOs and removed from the site. There parents were advised.
Have Your Say! We've launched a new campaign – Action on ASB - in partnership with the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner that aims to capture thoughts and concerns about antisocial behaviour in local communities. The survey will be open throughout February, and everyone who lives, works, or spends time in the West Midlands is encouraged to take part. Feedback from the survey will directly inform the approach taken by West Midlands Police and partners to reduce and prevent antisocial behaviour moving forward. To have your say, complete the survey before 28 February. You can also scan the QR code below.
