Over the past few days, Rick and Lee have been joining in the fun at a half-term initiative aimed at local primary school children.
The Dagenham and Redbridge Community Trust-run programme held at the May and Baker Sports and Social Club looks to get kids active and building confidence, and, in some cases, scoring goals too.
"We want kids to know that the police aren't out to get them and that we're here to help as and when the time comes. For some, their only interaction with police will be at events like this and we want them leaving with a positive perception of us. With that comes trust going forward."
