Theft of a trailer in Lakenheath

Police are appealing for witnesses and information following the theft of a trailer in Lakenheath.

The theft occurred at some point between 12:30am and 12pm on Tuesday 17 February on Brandon Road, near the RAF base.

It was reported that a man had been driving and left the trailer by the roadside in the early hours of the morning after a tyre blew. He returned later that day to recover it, but it was gone.

The trailer is described as having a red frame, blue wheels, red base and white wooden boards fitted around all four sides, supported by a metal frame. The box section of the trailer measures at approximately 4ft x 6ft, with an overall size of around 8ft x 5ft.
