Cheadle Village Scheme

Hi Brad,

Unfortunately the scheme you propose is far too large. You won't be able to watch out for each other with an area that large.

Most schemes are a street or two, or if they are larger they usually have a deputy per street/block of flats etc.

I am therefor not approving the scheme.
