Disorder 24/02/26 Gladstone Street.

Good Morning Residents, I hope this message finds you well

This morning I was sent footage from Counsellor Safwan Patel that showed a fight occurring on Boardman Street and surrounding areas.  I do not want to alarm anyone as this incident is specific to this particular area and poses little risk to the rest of the community, however given the numbers involved I want to send out this message. 

Work is currently ongoing with The Police, Local Councillors and council employees as well as housing providers to improve this area of our community.  In the footage a large group of mainly Asian and Black males can be seen and a few individuals can be seen being assaulted.  I have tried to obtain clear facial images from the footage but this is proving tricky, and I will be in the area this afternoon, continuing CCTV enquiries.  

Please can I ask if anyone reading this message has any video footage of the incident or known who was involved, maybe your son or relatives was the one of the males assaulted please can I ask that you share this information with the Police.
