West Mercia police North Shropshire and Trading Standards

Yesterday (Wednesday 25 February), Safer Neighbourhood Team Officers from across North Shropshire joined forces with trading standards for a targeted visit that led to a sizeable haul of illegal tobacco being seized.

A vehicle was also removed from the roads after it was found to have no valid road tax.

For those of us living here, it means less illicit tobacco circulating in our community, and one more untaxed vehicle taking a break from the roads.
