Your North East Oxford Neighbourhood Team has been out on London Road today, working hard to support the community and keep the area safe.

Thank you to everyone who came along to our “Have Your Say” event at Costa Coffee this afternoon. We heard from many local residents and business owners who shared their concerns, ideas, and experiences. Your feedback is vital in helping us shape our policing priorities and respond to what matters most to you.

🛒 Prolific Shoplifter Intercepted
Shortly after the event, officers on patrol sighted a prolific shoplifter in the area. The individual was intercepted after attempting to steal meat from Iceland. Thanks to quick action by the team, the stolen items were recovered and the suspect was arrested and charged to attend court.

We remain committed to tackling shoplifting, supporting local businesses, and keeping London Road a safe place for everyone.
