Hello Resident,
I hope this message finds you well. As we move through March, I wanted to share a quick round-up of what’s been happening across our local area, what’s coming up, and how we’re working together to keep our community safe and thriving.
🔍 Local Priorities Our current focus areas include: We’re continuing patrols and targeted operations in these areas, and welcome any feedback or concerns you’d like to raise.
We have unfortunately seen large groups causing anti social behaviour within Solihull town centre at the weekend. To deal with this, we have introduced a dispersal order for the town centre. For those of you with children who go out, please speak with them. Do you know where they are? Who they are with? What they are doing? Are you confident they are not involved in anti social behaviour?
🤝 Increased Policing Working This week you may have seen more policing activity and resourcing around Solihull. This was a result of Operation Advance which took place in Solihull on the 27th of February. Various police departments and teams come together to focus policing on our local area. This allowed us to increase our visibility, arrests, proactive engagement and vehicle seizures. We have also enforced a warrant and seized drugs and taken action against the resident.
