Weekly round up from the local neighbourhood team

Good evening Resident

Officers have been completing high visibility in the area focusing on our target areas from information received by the public.

This week officers have safeguarded a vulnerable victim and completed several stop searches with positive results seizing drugs. Officers have also had a vehicle seized and occupants had ran off from officers and a male was located and arrested a male in connection with this.

Earlier in the week officers have arrested a male for possession with intent to supply with a positive result.

EVENTS COMING UP:

PCSO FISHER will be at Reeds wood Sons Of Rest Talbot House for a police surgery between the hours of 15:00-16:00HOURS

Officers are also completing a crime workshop at a local school for young children.

EVENTS WHICH OCCURED THIS WEEK:

Coffee Morning at Pleck Methodist Church on the 26th February 2026 which was lovely to see new and familiar faces.

Visit to youth event at Shree Ram Mandir on the 24th February 2026. 

Officers continue to focus on our target areas to crack down on crime in the area bringing a big presence to the surroundings.
