Quick Update

Last week, Leominster Safer Neighbourhood Team attended three different primary schools, Orleton, Kimbolton and Ivington to talk about who the police are and what we do. 

During the assemblies, we discussed uniform, types of crime and personal safety (around how the students can keep themselves safe while they are out and about). Followed by a quick fire, question and answer session. 

Our favourite question was……….Have you ever seen a ninja? 

Our reply was No, sadly they are too stealth like.

We also 'arrested' one of the Ivington teachers, which hopefully provided her a 60th birthday to remember!

Thank you to all our schools for allowing us the opportunity to visit the young people, it is always a great engagement experience!
