We’ve received reports of off‑road bikes being ridden around Shepshed, particularly in Oakley Road Park. The beat team is carrying out regular patrols. If you see these nuisance bikes being used illegally or dangerously, please contact 101 to report it.

Priority 2—Drug Dealing

The beat team has secured a full Closure Order on a property in Shepshed that was being used for drug dealing. The address is now completely shut down for three months, giving local residents a much‑needed break from drug‑related crime and anti‑social behaviour.

Priority 3—Retail theft

A local male has been charged following a break‑in at a business on Hall Croft, Shepshed. Another local male has also been charged in relation to nine shop thefts, with two local stores issuing banning orders against him.
