Dear Resident, Please accept our apologies but a message was sent in error earlier today with the date of Tuesday 10th March for the information session being held at Borehamwood library.
PLEASE NOTE - the event is on WEDNESDAY 11th MARCH from 11am as detailed here:
Officers from Hertfordshire Constabulary's Serious Fraud and Cyber unit will be holding a FREE cyber crime and fraud prevention session within your local area.
This will provide you with practical tips for staying safer, by being aware of the most common types of online or telephone scams and rogue traders. You can stay for the whole session or drop in as you wish. Please share this message with friends, family and / or neighbours who might benefit from hearing how to keep themselves safer.
There is no need to attend for the entire day, you are welcome to attend for the talk(s) you wish to see then leave afterwards. The talks will be held at the following times.
11:00-12:00 - Talk: Rogue Traders & Scams - Trading Standards 12:15-13:15 - Talk: Cyber crime & Fraud Prevention - Herts Police
