Staffordshire Police were called to an incident on Wolstanton High street at approximately 03:15am on Thursday 5th March 2026. On attendance, officers found a male who reported being assaulted by 2-3 unknown offenders. This incident occurred along Wolstanton High Street, in the vicinity of The Village Tavern Public House, Adlington House Retirement Living and Bread and Butties. The offenders are believed to have travelled along James Street, Orchard Street and Lily Street. PCSO's have been in the location this morning conducting CCTV and house to house enquiries. We are urging residents in the area to review any doorbell footage, any CCTV cameras or dash cam footage which may assist in our enquiries. Anyone with any information is requested to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 quoting incident number 47 of 5th March 2026.
