Officers have again been busy with diary appointments & various incoming demand on most days and carrying out arrests.
Patrols continue at the Yew Tree for motorists parking on the Zig Zags and those caught will receive their ticket, points and fine, Remember you can also report these vehicles by using www.nextbase.co.uk/national-dash-cam-safety-portal & Operation Snap to upload your footage, numerous tickets have been Issued.
Officers were carrying out patrols and visiting HMO's In Albert Road and conducted checks on each and found a wanted male wanted by Suffolk Police for over a year for the following offence - Administering a Noxious Drug likely to Cause Death ( Fantastic Result )
Patrols have been conducted around the Glebe due to reports of parking Issues and anti social behaviour
Numerous patrols being conducted at Stechford Retail Park regarding thefts and local beggars who have been issued CPWs Community Protection Warning regarding their behaviour and can lead to a CPN Community Protection Notice ( Arrestable )
Officers have conducted numerous patrols around Old Yardley Park due to concerns from local residents reporting Anti Social Behaviour and possible Drug Issues in this area and abandoned vehicles.
Patrols have been conducted across Stechford & Yardley North for stolen vehicles and vehicles without tax

Crime updates
Theft of a Motor Vehicle…
On 04/03/26 between 15.30 hrs & 17.00 hrs unknown offenders have stolen a Toyota Yaris by unknown means on Rudyngfield Drive, CCTV enquiries ongoing
On 28/02/26 between 13.30 hrs & 12.15 hrs on 02/03/26 unknown offenders have stolen a Honda from Kelynmead Road by unknown means.
Criminal Damage to a Vehicle...
On 01/03/26 between 00.01hrs & 10.50 hrs Unknown offender has smashed windows to a vehicle on Broadstone Road but has then been identified from CCTV and arrested.
Aggravated Burglary…
On 01/03/26 at 01.03 hrs three unknown males have broken the front door lock to a property on WEBBCROFT ROAD and entered holding machetes but on seeing the occupants have quickly left prior to police arrival & CCTV enquiries ongoing.
Burglary of a Business…
On 01/03/26 between 04.46 hrs & 04.49 hrs two unknown offenders have gained entry to BET FRED, Church Road by using a fence base plate to smash a glass door panel, the alarm has been triggered inside and alarm company have contacted the police, Offenders have have opened the tills ( negative cash ) and have then attempted to gain entry to the safe but were unsuccessful and have left prior to police arrival.
