Hackbridge Safer Neighbourhood Team - supporting a vulnerable member of our community

Today your local Safer Neighbourhood  Team engaged with a vulnerable female in the area who was in need of support. officers spent time speaking with her to understand her circumstances and ensure her immediate welfare.

We were able to provide reassurance and signpost her to the relevant support services so that she could receive the help she needs going forward. our team continues to work closely with partner agencies to support vulnerable members of he community and ensure they have access to the right assistance.
