Wanted male caught and arrested after foot chase

Some great work today..

This evening, your local PCSOs caught a prolific shoplifter in the act of running from Bentley Bridge.

He was chased by our PCSOs, and with the support of our Safer Travel Team colleagues who were close by, he was arrested.

He was in possession of almost £300 of stolen goods.

The male was also wanted for robbery, numerous other shop thefts and a recall to prison.

He remains in custody.
