CCTV appeal following theft of cash in Christchurch |

Officers are issuing an image of a man they would like to identify following the theft of cash from a store in Christchurch.
At around 1.20pm on Friday 6 March 2026 a man entered the Londis store in Stour Road and asked to change a large quantity of cash.
During the transaction he was able to distract the shop assistant and it was subsequently discovered he had stolen £500.
Police Community Support Investigator Adam Cleaver, of Dorset Police, said: “We are conducting enquiries into this incident and are issuing an image of a man we would like to identify.
“I would urge anyone with information regarding their identity to please make contact with us.”
