Vehicle towed

Good afternoon,

Last night myself and a colleague challenged a driver parked on the pavement outside a fast food establishment, in Padiham town centre.  It was quickly established that they had no insurance and two bold tyres.  The vehicle was recovered to our compound and left the driver with points on their licence and out of pocket for the compound fees.

We acknowledge that this is not an isolated event and we will take positive action with drivers committing such offences.
