Body of man found in Dowsby Fen

The body of a man has sadly been discovered in the South Forty Foot Drain in Dowsby Fen.

While formal identification has yet to take place, we believe this to be the body of 75-year-old David, who was last seen at his address in Bourne at around 10:15 pm on Sunday (15 March.)

His family have been made aware and are being supported by specially trained officers. We are investigating the exact circumstances surrounding his death.
