🚨 Proactive patrol leads to arrest in Malvern 🚨

📅 This morning (Wednesday 18th March 2026), Safer Neighbourhood officers PC Dee Stanley & PCSO Emeny, while conducting mobile patrols in Malvern, identified a vehicle acting in a manner that raised suspicion. Further enquiries revealed that the vehicle had no valid MOT and was also subject to a Statutory Off-Road Notification (SORN), meaning it was not permitted to be driven on a public road.

✍🏻 The driver was reported for the offences identified & the car was seized.  During the stop, the individual also underwent a roadside drug test, which they subsequently failed, resulting in their arrest by PC Dave Olczak.
